At Yucango, we aim to create memorable and authentic travel experiences across Yucatán. To keep everything clear and transparent, please review our Terms & Conditions before booking your tour.

Booking & Payment

• A deposit in Mexican pesos (MXN) is required to book your tour.

• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.

• All deposits must be received in MXN. Guests are responsible for any currency conversion or transfer fees charged by their bank or payment provider. Yucango must receive the full deposit amount as stated at the time of booking.

• Prices are quoted in MXN or USD (for reference) and may vary depending on group size, season, or custom requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to confirm services with our local partners.

• If you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances (such as illness, flight delays, or other force majeure), we cannot guarantee a full refund of the deposit, but we will always do our best to recover and refund any part that is within our control.

• If Yucango must cancel your tour (e.g., due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit, or the option to reschedule.

Health, Safety & Insurance

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs in advance so we can accommodate you.

• Participation in activities (such as swimming in cenotes) is at your own risk. Guests must follow the safety instructions of their guide at all times.

• Yucango does not provide personal or travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip to cover unexpected events.

Liability

• Yucango is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during the tour.

• We are not liable for accidents, delays, or changes caused by third parties (such as cenotes, transport providers, or restaurants), weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• By booking, you agree to accept personal responsibility for your participation in the tour.
   

Flexibility & Itinerary

• As a flexible agency, we are happy to adjust the itinerary if requested, as long as changes remain within the price range of the original activity.

• Sometimes changes are necessary due to weather, closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, Yucango will adapt the plan to ensure your tour remains safe, smooth, and enjoyable — always aiming to provide an equal or better experience.
